Asking someone in your office to assist you might not be the best move. You often have to request help from several agents in order to find somebody who can help. They may or may not get back to you in a timely manner. The list goes on. By using a Show Me Del Rio, you will receive a prompt response to your event  booking. Our agents know they’re solely there to grant the buyers access to the properties for a set fee.

Show Me Del Rio wants to ensure every transaction is secured. You will be invoiced via e-mail for the services provided. 

It is recommended that buyer’s agents give a minimum notice of 1 hour and 30 minutes for a showing and a minimum notice of 48 hours for an open house. This allows our agents to plan and prepare for the event(s).

Although our agents are active local realtors, they are expected to disaffiliate when conducting a showing or open house for you. This includes but is not limited to removing local office name tags, clothing with office logo, car magnets advertising themselves, etc. 

Of course! Show Me Del Rio is a tool that gives agents the assistance needed to maximize their business, no matter where they’re located.

Showings

Info on showings and showing assistants.

Show Me Del Rio allows you to cancel any time. To avoid a $15 cancellation fee, cancellation must be done at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event.

The showing assistant is not to give any information to the buyer at the showing aside from the printed MLS sheet. The showing assistant’s only role is to allow the buyers to access the property and be with them throughout the showing. The showing agent is not to give their opinion of price, condition, or location.

Show Me Del Rio’s Terms of Service makes it clear that showing assistants are not to steal clients. It is also suggested that buyer’s agents have an Exclusive Right to Buy agreement with all buyers prior to scheduling a showing with SMDR. Please notify founder Jessica Rojas ([email protected]) immediately if a showing assistant tries to steal your client.

Just as it’s done today, the buyer’s agent is expected to create the appointments and confirm with the listing agent.  The buyer’s agent will then provide the location and time of showing(s) to our showing assistant.

The showing assistant will provide the buyer’s agent with any feedback or questions they received throughout the showing. This will allow the buyer’s agent to address the buyer’s questions and/or concerns quickly and effectively.

Absolutely! Don’t let not being local be the reason you miss out on the opportunity find your clients their dream home. They want to work with you for a reason. Allow our on-demand show assistants to open the doors for your buyers.

Open House Information

Learn more about our open house service.

That’s no problem! We ask that you H-E-B Curbside the snacks you’d like to have at the open house. The hosting agent will pick them up before heading to the home to set up. We suggest communicating what’s expected at the open house once the event is confirmed.

All leads will be given to the agent who requested the open house. Our agents are there to simply set up, host, and monitor the open house.

We can do that! If that’s the case, please let the host agent know. Host agent can pick up the materials the agent wants distributed to the open house visitors.  

Show Me Del Rio will send out a mass e-mail to local agents inviting them to the open house. Promotion on social media will be done by the listing agent. If you’d like a personal Open House graphic made for you to promote on your social media, there would be a $20 charge for that. Graphics require a 48-hour turn around time..
