Showing
A show-agent will meet your client

Open House
A host-agent will be present to host
an open house to
REALTORS® and/or
the public.
For 2.5 hours

3D Virtual Tour
An agent will capture the home and prepare the 3D Matterport tour for your use.
$50 per scan under 2,500 sq. ft
$10 extra per scan over 2,500 sq. ft.

**all tours must be scheduled within 5 days from booking
Operating Hours
We’re open 8AM to 8PM, 7 days per week.
Minimum Notice
We require a minimum notice of 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to any showing/tour or a minimum notice of 48 hours prior any open house event. Virtual Tours will be completed within 48 hours of the booking and delivered within 24 hours of the capture.
Cancellations
SHOWINGS AND VIRTUAL TOURS
No fee/full refund if cancelled at least 30 minutes prior to the event.
Showings: $15 fee if cancelled less than 30 minutes prior to the event.
Virtual Tour: 50% refund if cancelled less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled capture time.
OPEN HOUSE
No fee if cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the event.
$30 fee if cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the event.
Additional Fees
$10 rush fee for requests submitted less than 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to showing (Dependent upon show-agent availability).
$15 fee for clients late more than 20 minutes.
$10 fee for showings longer than 30 minutes (charged per 30 minute increment).
$25 fee for properties outside of Loop 79 heading towards Hwy 90 East & towards Hwy 277.
$10 fee for properties past the San Pedro subdivision.
$5 holiday up-charge fee (per door).
$10 H-E-B Curbside pickup by open house host (Open House Only).
Does not include applicable sales tax.

We will assign an on-demand agent if available, or provide alternative opportunities.

After the event(s), we will issue an invoice for the completed showings.
Invoices must be paid within 3 hours of the final showing or a $25 late fee will be applied.
$25 additional late fee applied per each day of non-payment and possibility of client relationship termination.

Your representative will contact you to confirm the appointment and collect payment if not already paid.
